WHEN EGO TAKES OVER

 I am working in a field of medicine that works behind curtains and has no claim on its findings or diagnosis. Sitting in the dark, trying my best to illuminate the disease which is difficult to see. The importance of images and image interpretation is lost and getting lost further.

With the lack of any cooperation from the fraternity, the new information which may be found is lost even before it could be conceived. Deemed to be replaceable, I have seen the damage caused by the replacement, incorrect perceptions by immature, self-centered, and unwise egoists. Is it really about medicine or is it about you?

The sense of achievement is difficult to achieve behind the curtains and under a blanket of rebuke. The touch is lost, and colleagues are difficult with feelings brewing to a point of resentment where there is animosity. The jokes and rebukes have stabbed deep and I hold every one of them responsible. Making mistakes is an involuntary action and most of the time regretted. It's easy for others to remain opaque and shirk responsibility, however, we remain in the spotlight for our misadventures. 

Covering up for mistakes without learning from them or passing on the blame to the till now behind the curtain people, is what is creating this havoc. Defensive is the new word used to define medicine. Defensive is the word I now use to describe myself and the world around me.

I can now see what are the implications of faithlessness, lack of trust, mistrust, and poor ability. The world has come to a complete circle where no one has faith in one other. Working hard is less rewarding now.

It isn't even about work anymore, it's something more than that. It is the replacement of as much human emotion and intuition as possible. With emotion comes empathy and compassion, however with the replacement it goes. 

EGO DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO CONSULT YOUR COLLEAGUE, OR TO RESPECT OR TO UNDERSTAND THEIR OPINIONS.

We take certain important and expert opinions for granted and feel they can be replaced easily by the limited knowledge and expertise available by egoists. This feeling of being GOD is replacing mankind and probably has worsened with AI. 

Because man has for the second time created another GOD. The number of GODS is rising a lot with the SELF-being the largest.

Is dissolving the solution?

I was just wondering what happens when we fall for someone? Do we go to any lengths to love them, to be loved by them or to be accepted by his/her people? Do we change ourselves ? More importantly do we realize that we are changing ourselves? Are we still "US"? Enough with the questions, my own experience tells me,  YES! OF COURSE WE CHANGE OURSELVES! The only thing which determines the color of the flags for this change is whether we change our core values to fit in, to please, to be reciprocated to. DEATH

 A lot is said about death being an ultimate truth and how we all must meditate on death every day, and then there is a lot said about the absence of a parent acting as a childhood trauma. But how many of us really understand and still choose to love such individuals who had to face this trauma, against their will and consent, where they had to lose their pillars of strength so early on in life. Its hard, most of the people and most of the society only knows sympathy and pity as the appropriate emotions. They forgot that one day they will also experience this, one day the tables will be turned. No home is untouched by death, its not a matter of if, but when. But people in general are calculative, they calculate how much will a person take from them and how much a person will give them back. That's the (sad) reality of life.
